APPLICATION
For a subtle look, place the liquid eye liner against the first lash on the upper lash line and gradually draw a line from the inner to the outer corner of the eye.
For a really dramatic look, draw an additional line above the first one, starting from the center of the lid, and tapering off at the outer corner of the eye. Fill in the area between the two lines.

This is easier to do if you apply the liner in small strokes that flow into one another. To steady your hand, lean it gently against your face.
